Do you have a web project that is too large to handle?
I can help organize the production flow of your project, facilitate team communication and issue-tracking, and remove obstacles for team members to keep your project on schedule. I have experience in many sectors, profit and non-profit, but specialize in educational clients who are producing, migrating, or managing online courses.

Skillset includes: Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Can track issues in Jira or bug tracker of your choice. Familiar with WCAG and Section 508 standards, as well as JAWs and NVDA screenreaders. Experience working with multiple LMS platforms (Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, and proprietary LMS installations). Can assist clients in troubleshooting challenges around online math accessibility (MathML, LaTeX, MathJax), identifying and remediating issues that interfere with accessibility.

DIGITAL MARKETING

Does your small business or non-profit need help with its digital marketing strategy?
I can work with you to create a digital presence that is personal and uniquely yours.

Skillset includes: Working with clients to determine appropriate digital marketing strategies (and support for implementation and maintenance, if desired). Establishing WordPress sites and social media channels. Monitoring and updating website or social media content. Providing digital photographic and image optimization services when needed.

DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

Does your organization need design or development support?
I have over 10 years of award-winning experience in web & print design and front-end web development.

Skillset includes: HTML/CSS; Dreamweaver; Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Fireworks; Adobe Acrobat Pro; WordPress site development; digital photography; digital image optimization and/or editing; illustration. Design experience includes logo design, title design, art direction, design for broadcast, and digital product interface design.

WRITING & EDITING

Are you in need of a wordsmith or a keen editorial eye?
I have a broad range of experience writing or editing web or print copy (in university, medical, legal, advertising, and media environments). I can provide a range of editing services including substantive editing (to improve clarity and flow), standard copy editing, and proofreading.

Skillset includes: Chicago, AP or style manual of your choice. Familiarity with rights and permissions issues. Experience in editing for non-native English speakers.
